Offerings/Services

I help people and organizations unlock and unleash what’s already there. I partner on a range of different short to long-term projects based on your needs.

Projects have ranged from co-designing leadership learning and uncovering social innovation, to building storytelling systems inside organizations and offering one-on-one guidance and meditation. My work blends strategy, creativity, engagement and tools that support clarity and deeper insight.

Every collaboration begins with listening. From there, I work with my partners to design a custom approach aligned with what they are seeking and want to move forward. And if I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.

  • To access our fullest superpowers, we must learn to listen inward and access a deeper source. Each of us carries innate wisdom and gifts, yet life has a way of pulling us away from that knowing. Sometimes we need some initial assistance to reconnect with that.

I pull from the assistance, training and gifts I have received over time with ancient wisdom and healing traditions to uniquely support individuals and small groups looking for greater clarity, balance and healing. My greatest wish for this work is for people to realize a simple truth - we are our own greatest teachers and healers.

What This Can Look LIke: :1:1 Guidance (recurring themes, visioning, grief and transition), Sessions/Consultations that support the Body, Mind and Soul, Reiki+ Healing Sessions, Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, and group meditation offerings.

  • It’s hard to meaningfully address or fix things we don’t fully understand. I use a human-centered design lens and practical problem-solving tools to build a deeper understanding of complex topics. I then work alongside my partners to translate those insights into strategy, direction, and next steps that actually fit their context.

What This Can Look LIke: Discovery sprints; research and sense-making; strategic advising and decision support; program, initiative, or training design and launch support.

  • Compelling stories have the power to make meaning, build connection, and move people to action. I help partners craft authentic stories, messages, and content—and bring them to life. I also help build and support the culture systems and practices that sustain meaningful communication over time.

What This Can Look LIke:Storytelling and communications strategy development and implementation; facilitated storytelling sessions /workshops; message and narrative development; website and content development; copywriting and speechwriting.

  • Well-crafted spaces can create a special kind of magic and impact. I work with partners to identify opportunities and curate experiences to build connection and tap into the the power and wisdom of the collective.

What This Can Look LIke: Engagement Strategy and Execution; Event Design + Curation; Running and Facilitating Workshops, Retreats, and/or other Events; Strategic Advising on topics related to Org Culture and Engagement (DEIB, Internal Communication, etc) escription

  • "My work with Malini required deep awareness of the culture and context of an international nonprofit organization like Namati — and what stands out to me was her innate ability to ask the right questions and internalize her understanding in short order. She quickly grasped the heart of our organization and translated that understanding into meaningful recommendations, resources and products that our staff use and return to. From leading a discovery sprint on manager development and support to designing and co-facilitating a series of dynamic virtual trainings, her thoughtful questions, intentional design, and ability to distill insights into clear, actionable goals and next steps made her a valued partner whose work continues to shape how we support our managers.”

—- Jenna Hudson, Senior Manager | People, Namati

  • "Malini was an excellent facilitator for our team. Team off-sites can be logistically challenging with all the moving pieces, but Malini was so easy to work with and created the perfect introduction for us. She created a grounding, peaceful energy that immediately put everyone at ease, and in a receptive state for the week. She created the perfect prompts to help us get to know one another and ourselves better, and to articulate our goals and aspirations for the retreat. I can't imagine a better start to our team's offsite than the session she led!"

—- Emily Wright-Moore, CXO | Principal of Design & Research, Bloom Works

  • “Malini was a key member of the innovation team when I served as the Chief Technology Officer at HHS. She took the lead launching the Invent Health initiative, researching and strategizing how to shine a spotlight on the hardware of health & human services. She pulled together scarce resources to create high-impact events, making a way out of no way. Malini is also a fabulous writing partner and I appreciated her quick, creative, accurate turn-around on every project we worked on together. And if you need to find a unique voice for your organization, Malini is a gifted translator. She listens, learns, and then interprets what you want to convey into language that people understand. Nobody writes like she can -- she draws people in with just a few words and made government work look cool.”

Susannah Fox, Internet Geologist, Former Chief Technology Officer, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

  • “Malini is an incredibly insightful, passionate and creative communicator, who immediately jumped into our work to help us understand how we could better tell the story of both the work that we are accomplishing, but more importantly, the stories of the communities we serve. She listens, and is able to frame a vision based on her ability to understand an issue, problem or opportunity, in a way that is unique and elevates the organization she is working with. You can tell from the minute you meet her that she will have an impact on your work.”

    — Nathan Ohle, Former Chief Executive Officer, Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP)

  • "The team enjoyed the activities during the workshop. Malini was an awesome facilitator and quickly connected with the entire team in different activities that demonstrated the dynamics of the group and their personalities. Me and my team are very pleased with Malini and with the outcome of the workshop, which was very useful in improving our day-to-day work."

    — Hernan Costa Castro, Chief, Information Systems and Digital Innovation, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

  • Malini's warm, grounded presence and deep intuitive wisdom supported me to recognize, disentangle and release deep emotional bonds which were no longer serving me. With her skilled guidance, I was empowered to go deeper to transmute this stuck energy and become more aligned with my true nature. I feel deeply grateful for having aN intuitive guide like Malini. I can't recommend her services enough.

    — Stacey Martin

  • "Malini’s brightness and openness set the perfect tone.” “Facilitator is excellent at giving the group moments of silence to reflect, and pushing us to engage by giving us space and time to do so.”
