Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I believe we all have unique superpowers. Mine live in the space of seeing the superpowers in other heart-centered changemakers—people and organizations—and helping them name, unlock, and express them in the world.
This throughline has shaped me into a spirited all-rounder who brings a wide spectrum of experience and skills to the projects I work on.
My signature blend weaves together deep listening, strategy, storytelling, facilitation, and sometimes ancient wisdom practices that support deeper insight, clarity, and creative problem-solving.
If you’re looking for the traditional résumé version of my journey—degrees, roles, and organizations—you can find that over on LinkedIn. (I’m always happy to share more.)

Training & Lineage
I hold a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College and an M.A. in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. I’m a long-time student and practitioner of design thinking and other human-centered approaches that deepen understanding and support thoughtful action.
Alongside this, I’ve been gratefully shaped by ancient wisdom and healing traditions. I’m a Third Degree Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system (initiated by Reya Mellicker), have studied Qi Gong under Master Robert Peng, and have received teachings and transmissions from Panache Desai and many other gifted teachers.
And most importantly, much of this learning is an amazing ocean - it is vast and ongoing. I’ve spent over a decade of journeying and practicing to fully embody these these ancient wisdom practices in my own life.
The other human bits…
I’m an endlessly curious, imaginative, silly seeker on this wild and beautiful adventure. These days you’ll find me playing tennis (often competitively), writing, wandering in nature, practicing how to be a more self-aware human, and laughing with my son, pup, and anyone else who’s up for it. I’m also told I have a strong GIF and emoji game. 🤪🤸🏾♂️
a note of gratitude
I offer deep respect and gratitude for this precious, beautiful Earth, and to the traditional lands of the Piscataway and Manahoac tribal nations where I live and work.Great love, honor and respect to all of my ancestors across the oceans, with roots in Kerala, India, who continue to guide me from afar. Namaskaram to the dear ones in my circles who hold space, share love, support, and learning when I need it. And because we are always learning, growing, and healing: I am profoundly grateful to those who choose to work with me, place their trust in me, and remind me—again and again—that we liberate each other through this work. 🙏🏾💗💓✨
“…[A portfoloist] does the hard work of figuring out what the world truly needs, maps that to a range of skills she possesses (and enjoys), and folds that into a business model. This ‘portfolio’ of skills, experience, roles or responsibilities might be wildly diverse, which both distributes risk and allows for experimentation. Unrelated experiences may combine to create very specific and valuable expertise.”
